For my money, this is an essential addition to any walking stick/cane. It removes the need to find a place to park your stick while you do something, and certainly helps to keep you from leaving it behind. The strap part of it can easily be made to feel soft as butter simply by rolling the leather between your index finger and your thumb a couple of times. Don’t leave home without it!
