This cane was unavailable when I acquired my first cane from Art Walking Sticks last December, so I was finally able to order one as a birthday present to myself. Alexander helped me to customize it to my taste (I wanted a solid wood shaft without the silver tip). When it arrived my patience was rewarded; the cane is a functional work of art, perfectly balanced and wonderfully light yet strong. I'm grateful for Alexander and the artists/craftsmen for the opportunity to support the Ukrainian people in exchange for a walking stick that brings more beauty into my day.

This is a beautiful walking stick with a fabulous feeling. More than a cane, it’s a great looking accessory. It is made in Ukraine which adds to its personality. I’ll be needing another made from all wood, though. I live in the cold New England winter and a wooden handle will suit me better during those months.

The Art Deco stick is beautiful! Perfect feel in the hand and weight. I’m very happy with it. It took a month to arrive, but it was worth the wait.

A good weight, feels very sturdy and looks superb. The handle feels very ergonomic fits and moves very naturally with my hand as I walk.

This was yet another beautiful cane purchased from Art Walking Sticks. First, I'll admit to some buyer's remorse right after ordering it, fearing it would arrive and look slightly effeminate. However, upon arrival, I discovered it to be a masculine stick with an oversized handle and shaft. I have huge hands, so this was very welcome. I highly recommend this cane to all the guys out there who enjoy metal handles and stocky sticks.

I ordered this cane, primarily, to help with my balance issues, but I also needed something tough enough to be effectively used for self-defense. I, also, wanted a cane that was nice looking, but functionally tactical without being overly expensive. This cane meets all my requirements.

I have a hard time walking, and this item is great. The one I had before just wore out. I'm kinda particular about my canes, and don't really like the metal ones. So this item will do just fine.

Nice & sturdy cane for my father.

The stick itself is just as good as it seems on the photo - lovely quality to look at and it feels very good in the hand. The delivery it worry me a bit. The tracking information seemed incomplete/incorrect - I am not sure which. Once I got the mail that it had been sent, there were several days where it had not been send but was actually waiting for collection. Then reasonably speedy progress from one country to another. But when it got into NL a very long wait for clearance and customs. Then it kept saying it would give me a delivery date soon and then it was suddenly delivered with out me first being given a delivery date. Luckily my partner was in to receive it. Altogether I felt the communication process from order to delivery was poor but that does not detract from the beauty of the stick itself.

I like the design and the eye catching handle.

After having used drug store aluminium canes for so long, it was a revelation going from those to something made with care and dedication to craft. This came is gorgeous, but more than that it's extremely comfortable to use, even for long periods of time, and weighs a good third less than my other metal canes. And unlike those, this one works well when I dress up.

I am thrilled with this walking cane ! The quality of the workmanship is superb, and this is the second cane I have ordered from ArtWalkingSticks. I also want to mention how impressed I was with the rapid response's and extra effort this company went to when due to no fault of theirs, the delivery was delayed. They kept me informed of the updates they had on it's location, and showed great concern to locate it until it arrived safely. The packaging on the shipping container was more than enough to well protect it.
