Returns & Exchanges
Unclaimed Packages
If a customer does not pick up their ordered package from the postal office and it is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item. However, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Returns
From the moment of delivery of the order, you can decide within 30 days to return the product received. To do this, simply send an email to info@artwalkingsticks.com specifying the order number. The customer is however responsible for the shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs and we will process the refund within a week after receiving your packages. Products that have been personalized at the request of the client are not subject to return.
